Thumbs up! Note the nutcracker
soldiers at the bow, and gingerbread men at the port quarter,
complete with PFD's! The tune was inspired by the traditional
Jolly Roger flying from the masthead.

| The crew rigged up an inverter to the Dodge tow vehicle,
and set up a huge sound system, complete with amp and mixer and a PC,
in the bed of the truck. Bos'n Chris mixed a bunch of traditional Songs
of The Sailor, along with other classic nautical tunes: Pirates
of the Carribean and the theme from McHale's Navy, and had
the crowd singing along and dancing on the curbs as we made our way down
Palmdale Blvd. Bah Humbug... who needs Yo Ho Ho when you can sing,
Yo Ho Yo Ho, A Pirate's Life For Me! |
